This company and the staff were all wonderful from start to finish!!! After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Brown's. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my truck buying experience at Brown's West Branch. Matt was an attentive salesman and assisted us through the entire process. They even let us keep the truck over the weekend to make sure it's what we wanted. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. You can tell they prioritize customer satisfaction over "closing the deal". We would definitely purchase from here again and have already recommended them to friends & neighbors.

Definitely my best car buying experience. Alex was great. He was helpful and answered all my questions. We were in and out in a relatively short time with no stress or drawn out back and forth haggling on price. West Branch Ford will be the first place I look when we're ready for a new vehicle.

Start to finish this was the best experience buying a new truck! Walked in, told Matt exactly what I wanted, what I had to trade. He found the perfect Maverick!! So happy not to have spent 2-3 hours haggling to get a great deal. Everyone was awesome and cared about you being happy when you walked out the door. Love my new Truck!!
