Does “no mobile visit fee” mean the maintenance or repair is free?
No. There is no extra charge for the mobile visit itself. Charges for the work may still apply unless it is covered by an applicable warranty or recall.
Do I have to stay with my vehicle?
That is arranged case by case. We'll confirm key access and whether you need to be present when scheduling.
Can you service several company vehicles at one location?
Yes. Call with the vehicles, requested work and location so we can coordinate the service.
Can you work on a vehicle that isn't a Ford?
Some services are available for other makes. Call with your vehicle and service request so we can confirm eligibility.
What if the repair can't be completed where my vehicle is parked?
We offer pickup and delivery for more advanced work that needs the dealership. Call to discuss the service and available arrangements.
What happens if the weather or parking location isn't suitable?
We review conditions case by case and discuss the arrangements with you. Location and weather suitability are confirmed as part of scheduling.
